History of the Portage Princess Tour Boat

The Portage Princess Tour Boat has been cruising the scenic Portage Lakes for over 25
years with Captain John Roessner at its helm.  Captain John's vision is to provide a safe
way for individuals and groups to enjoy the boating experience sharing the natural
beauty that abounds on the Portage Lakes without all the hassles of owning a boat.  
Your group can simply arrive on the dock and allow Captain John will do all the work!  
The cruises can be narrated providing a brief history of the lakes.

Many fabulous houses are on the Portage Lakes, some valued in the millions!  These
homes have a wonderful location on the winding waterways.  Our passengers have a
breath taking view of these prestigious homes.

About Us

Restaurants and hot night clubs also dot the shorelines.  There are many places to visit
along the Portage Lakes that offer good food and drinks.  Alcohol is prohibited on the
Portage Princess Tour Boat.

Nature abounds around every bend at the Portage Lakes.  There are elegant swans
swimming across the calm waters.  There are blue herons diving down to catch a fish.  .
